Renowned Aba-based sports journalist Precious Njoku, fondly known as Presh or the Sports Diva, has officially resigned from Enyimba FM and announced a temporary break from radio broadcasting.

The unexpected announcement came during her final appearance on the flagship sports show Sports 360 last Saturday. Presh made the emotional revelation live on air while recording herself, a heartfelt video that has since gone viral across social media.

Presh is widely celebrated for her vibrant personality, fluency in sports analysis, and dynamic live commentary. With nearly eight years of experience in professional sports journalism, she has earned numerous accolades and built a loyal fan base throughout Nigeria.

Her journey began as a pioneer staff member at Buzz FM Aba, where she spent five years redefining sports broadcasting and gaining widespread recognition. She later joined Enyimba TV and Radio Limited also as a pioneer staff, the South East’s first integrated 3-in-1 media house, where she continued to thrive and connect with a growing audience.
In honor of her departure, Enyimba FM organized a formal send-forth celebration. Fans and colleagues took to Facebook to share their tributes and well wishes.
