2027: South East Youths Plan 5-Million-Man Endorsement Rally for Tinubu, Senator Orji Kalu

The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), the foremost socio-political youth organization in Nigeria’s South East geopolitical zone, has unveiled plans to host a massive rally in Abia State to endorse President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Orji Uzor Kalu ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a joint statement issued by its President General, Comrade Goodluck Ibem, and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Okey Nwaoru, the group revealed that the event is expected to attract no fewer than five million participants from across the region.

The rally, they said, aims to galvanize support and celebrate the contributions of both leaders to national development.

COSEYL described the planned event as a strategic show of solidarity and appreciation for what they termed the transformational leadership of Senator Kalu, who represents Abia North Senatorial District, and the impactful governance of President Tinubu.

“The people of the South East are deeply satisfied with the exceptional leadership and tangible developmental strides championed by Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu,

” the statement read. “His unwavering commitment to regional growth will be instrumental in securing a projected 90 percent electoral victory for President Tinubu in 2027.”

The group highlighted Senator Kalu’s accomplishments in critical sectors including education, road infrastructure, agriculture, and youth empowerment, stating that these efforts have fostered peace, unity, and progress in the region.

“From renovating educational institutions to constructing vital road networks, championing agricultural initiatives, and empowering young people, Senator Kalu has laid a solid foundation of trust and developmental impact,” the group stated. “These are the dividends of democracy that resonate with the aspirations of the South East.”

COSEYL concluded by expressing strong optimism that with Senator Kalu’s influence and leadership, the South East is well-positioned to deliver overwhelming electoral support for President Tinubu’s re-election.

“As the 2027 elections approach, this rally will stand as a bold testament to the unity, resolve, and political direction of the South East. Under the continued leadership of President Tinubu and Senator Kalu, we are confident in a brighter, more prosperous future,” the statement added.
