While the legislative process remains ongoing, these proposals have reinforced Kalu’s image as a lawmaker committed to pursuing institutional development rather than making campaign promises without legislative backing.

Across Abia State, his legislative record has increasingly become a benchmark against which other constituents compare the performance of their representatives.
