Hon. Chief Thomas Nwaka Nnanna, Supervisory Councillor for Agriculture, Ukwa East Local Government Area, has warmly congratulated His Excellency, Hon. Chibunna Akara, Executive Mayor of Ukwa East Local Government Area, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a heartfelt tribute issued on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, his family, and the wider Ukwa East community, Hon. Nwaka described the Mayor as a leader of exceptional distinction, a political trailblazer, a visionary administrator, and a tireless champion of development whose impact is visibly felt across the local government area.
“Your birthday is not merely a personal milestone; it is a collective celebration of the progress, transformation, and renewed hope that your tenure has brought to Ukwa East,” Hon. Nwaka stated.
