Nigeria Premier Football League newcomers Ranchers Bees have appointed experienced tactician Usman Abd’Allah as their new head coach ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The Kaduna-based club confirmed the appointment as part of preparations for their return to the top flight following their successful promotion campaign.
Abd’Allah arrives with a wealth of coaching experience, having previously managed several notable clubs in Nigerian football. He is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished coaches in the domestic game, with a track record of developing competitive teams and achieving success at the highest level.
The former Enyimba coach is expected to lead Ranchers Bees’ technical rebuilding process as the club aims to establish itself in the NPFL and compete effectively against more experienced sides.
Club officials expressed confidence that Abd’Allah’s experience, tactical knowledge, and leadership qualities will help strengthen the team ahead of the new campaign.
The appointment is seen as a major statement of intent by Ranchers Bees, who have been actively reinforcing both their playing squad and administrative structure since securing promotion.
Supporters have welcomed the move, hoping the experienced coach can guide the club to a successful return to Nigeria’s elite football division.
With pre-season preparations gathering momentum, attention will now shift to how Abd’Allah shapes his squad and implements his philosophy ahead of the upcoming NPFL season.
