KANO, NIGERIA — Kaduna-based club Ranchers Bees have officially announced a change of home venue, moving to the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano for the remainder of the 2026/27 season due to “uncontrollable circumstances.”
The team had initially chosen the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina as their temporary base, where they made a strong impression by securing a dominant 4-0 victory over Abia Warriors during their lone match there on matchday two.
Following the relocation, the club expressed deep gratitude to both host cities via social media:
“KANAWA, WE’RE STAYING! Our next home game will be played in Kano. To the people of Kano, thank you for the incredible welcome and support. And to Katsina, thank you for the hospitality and the memories.”
Ranchers Bees are set to christen their new home ground this Sunday, welcoming Bendel Insurance to the Sani Abacha Stadium for a highly anticipated matchday-four fixture.
