Just days after stepping down as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), former Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has been named Chairman of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

The appointment was announced during the inauguration of FAAN’s newly constituted board in Abuja. Ganduje resigned from his APC leadership role last week, citing urgent personal reasons. He has since been succeeded by Ali Bukar Dalori.
