The Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area chapter of the Emeka Atuma for Senate Campaign Council has been constituted as part of preparations for the 2027 Abia Central Senatorial District election.

The campaign council was inaugurated during a ceremony attended by members of the All Progressives Congress and supporters of the party’s senatorial candidate, Rep. Emeka Atuma, popularly known as Kabila.

Addressing members of the newly constituted council, Atuma described their appointment as a call to duty, urging them to work collectively towards achieving the objectives of the campaign.

He said much would be expected from the council members and assured them that the necessary support would be provided to enable them carry out their responsibilities effectively.

Atuma also urged the members to maintain unity, work as a team and remain committed to the campaign.

Responding on behalf of the council, its chairman, Joshua Onyekwere, popularly known as Mentor, pledged the commitment of his team to the campaign.

Onyekwere said the council would work towards securing what he described as a “resounding victory” for Atuma in Isiala Ngwa North during the 2027 senatorial election.

The constitution of the campaign council is part of the APC candidate’s ongoing mobilisation activities ahead of the 2027 election in Abia Central Senatorial District.
