A tragic road accident in Abia State has claimed the life of a student of Abia State University (ABSU), after a truck reportedly crushed a motorcycle conveying the victim.
The incident occurred along a busy roadway in Uturu, where the student was riding on a commercial motorcycle when it collided with a truck. Following the impact, the truck ran over the victim, leading to fatal injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the truck driver has been arrested in connection with the incident, while investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the crash.
