The All Prigressives Congress (APC) flag bearer for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji, has sent a message of hope to the people of his federal constituency following his successful collection of his Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination form and the granting of access to the INEC nomination portal on Monday.
