The media aide to the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Hon. Bin Usman Rano, has announced the appointment of seven individuals into advisory and support roles within his office.
The appointments, unveiled on Saturday, are aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the office and improving engagement with key stakeholders across various sectors.
The newly appointed officials are Abubakar Alhassan Muhammad Lale as Personal Assistant; Umar Bashir Umar as Special Adviser on Protocol; Abdullahi Muhammad Ghali as Special Adviser on Media; Bashir Ibrahim Sisay as Special Adviser on Student Matters; Najeeb Garba Lawan Rano as Special Adviser on Youth and Sports; Yusuf Tijjani YT Rano as Special Adviser on Special Duties; and Muhammad Uzairu as Special Adviser on Religious Affairs.
Announcing the appointments, Rano said the selections were made after careful consideration of each appointee’s integrity, commitment to public service, and track record.
He explained that the appointments are intended to enhance the office’s efficiency and strengthen engagement with youths, students, religious groups, the media, and other critical stakeholders.
Rano congratulated the appointees and urged them to discharge their responsibilities with diligence, professionalism, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
He expressed confidence that the new advisers and support staff would contribute meaningfully to the vision and objectives of the office while improving service delivery in their respective areas of assignment.
